Prasad Chukkapalli offers exceptional strategy and operational expertise to AVASA. He oversees all aspects of the development process from site selection, design/build review and financial analysis to investor relations. At AVASA, Prasad has been instrumental in the completion of two ground-up development projects totaling $50M and is now steering a $500M+ pipeline.

Prasad has cross-functional experience spanning across industry segments such as automotive, electronics and distribution. Prior to starting AVASA, he had worked in progressively responsible roles in the automotive industry and was part of several multimillion-dollar product launches for Tier 1 suppliers. Prasad also has a strong Information Technology background and as Founder of GreenByte Technologies, he was instrumental in successful implementation of several IT projects.

Prasad's hobbies and interests include studying economic concepts in general and real estate development trends in particular. He is passionate about advising people about investing in real estate as a diversification strategy. His other interests include studying history, traveling and owing to his Indian roots, watching cricket. Prasad is a graduate of Wayne State University and currently lives in Detroit area with his wife and son.

Chris Saunders is the owner of Green Street Realty and Sub4 Development where he oversees a portfolio of over 3,000 apartment units and 300,000 square feet of commercial space. Chris and the Sub4 team handle construction management while Green Street takes care of property management. Chris is a University of Illinois graduate and lives in Urbana, IL with his wife and four children.

Ryan Tobias has been a partner in real estate brokerage firm Triad Real Estate Partners since 2010 and investment firm Jackson Dearborn Partners since 2014. With 14 years experience in the real estate business, Ryan assists with financial modeling, research and analysis, and investor relations. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and currently resides in Ann Arbor with his wife and two children.
